La Redoute (click here to go to their website) is a French fashion and home décor company that will ship directly to the United States. The company traces its roots back to 1837 with a mill in the French wool region of Roubaix where the founder of the company, Joseph Pollet, strove to provide customers with variety, good taste, and low prices. What more could you want? Evolving with the times, the company continues to flourish and has expanded to bring French fashion and flair to a growing international client base.
Today, La Redoute is the girl next door who likes fashion without being a fashionista, the casual woman who doesn’t worry and who is fun to chat with, and the unique woman, both liberated and accessible, dynamic and enterprising who has self-confidence, personality, and is daring and doesn’t hide it. All inspired by natural Parisian chic.

Shipping. The La Redoute website recognized that I was in America and immediately informed me that they do ship to the United States. They offer FREE shipping to the US on all orders $99 and above which, if you ask me, is a pretty good deal and on par with what many U.S.-based retailers charge for domestic shipping. For orders less than $99, shipping is a flat $9.99.
Returns. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be received.
Customer Service.
From the USA: Call (716) 226-0733 from 4:00 AM Eastern (Yes, 4:00 AM New York time) – 3:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday and 4:00 AM Eastern – 1:00 PM Eastern on Saturday.
When you call La Redoute customer service, you are calling a U.S. number in New York that rings in France. Your call will be answered by a company representative in France who speaks English.
Finally, I have no financial relationship with La Redoute. To be clear, should you choose to buy something from their website, I receive no compensation at all. I am simply sharing this information because I am a true Francophile and I believe many Americans would like to have a little French style and culture in their lives!
